I would request ask gamblers to keep my identity anonymous.
My 1xbet account number is 802021951
I have withdrawn an amount of 50,000/- INR on 01/03/2024. And in 1xbet it’s showing as payment is successfully credited to my bank account but I have not recieved any payment in my bank account it’s been 14 days I have sent them the bank statement in pdf format also that I have not received the payment.
Please help me resolve this.
