My 1xBet account has been under verification for more than two months.
The Security Department explicitly requested an official bank document confirming the closure of my bank account and card.
I provided the requested bank certificate issued by BAC Credomatic, confirming the account closure.
After submitting the requested document, I stopped receiving any response.
Despite several follow-up emails, 1xBet has not confirmed the verification nor provided any further instructions.
My account remains active, and I can place bets, but deposits and withdrawals are blocked, preventing me from accessing my own funds.
All funds are personal and not related to bonuses.
I am attaching screenshots of the email correspondence clearly showing:
- The request from 1xBet for the bank document
- My submission of the requested document
- The lack of response afterward
I respectfully request that 1xBet complete the verification or provide a clear written explanation.
