Withdraw marked as completed but not received in bank account
Good day Sir/ma’am,
On the 2nd of September i requested for 3 consecutive withdrawal of total of 102000 rupees which was partitioned in 3 request of 50000 rupees, 50000 rupees and 2000 rupees all destined for my bank account which i always use for my deposits and withdrawals.
I made de first request of 50000 at 1:30 am, second of another 50000 at 1:33 am and a third of 2000 rupees at 2:56 all the transactions where requested using the same withdrawal method and all destined for the same bank account and which all were approved.
After sometime in the day i got into the betting app just to see that all the 2 request of the 50000 rupees each have been successful at 07:33 and 07:34 am respectively that same day. Which nothing have been received into my bank account, i immediately contacted the support team the said from their side it shows the operation has been completed. So the requested me to send my bank statement which i did. I waited the whole day still none of the 50k reach my bank account until i had to contact my bank which they said no such amount has been send to my account on that day. So I kept on waiting till the next day while waiting for their response and also for the 2k as well.
One the 3rd of September which was the next day i got notification of the amount of 2000 rupees credited to my account but still none of the 50000 have been credited to my account. As am writing to you it’s been 25 days now am still waiting on the 100000 rupees which anytime i contact them they keep tell me they will send my money to my bank account that they have forwarded my complaint to the payment department or they will say their specialist are working on my issue.
They once said it’s was because of server of the bank had issue that i should be patient, the thing is each time i reach to them they all keep responding with the same response all the time , when i call their services all the time they keep having different operators which all say different things some said i was to receive the money within 2-3 hrs others said i will receive the next days as i complain some said the funds are still in process that their specialist are working on the issue. Like i said it’s been 25 days and each day I get the same response, they always request for my bank statement which I give to them every time from the day of the transactions till current dates.
My problem is I have always made withdrawals of all types of amount up to 6 lahks a day i have never had this problems and all my transactions are only from my bank accounts. The first day i thought the transaction amount was made by NEFT by their operator which usually takes 30mins late to get to the account because they once did that to me the money later came the same day but unfortunately this was not the case. I will attached the proofs here that’s the screenshot of the payment request so you see that all have been marked as successful from their side which only one of 2000 have been received. And also attached my bank statement from the day of withdrawal till current dates.
Today is 25th of September. Please help me with this issue because it’s really frustrating and am really disappointed with their services. For a big casino as 1xbet to be misbehaving with their clients funds.
