I am reaching out to the community here for support regarding an ongoing issue I have been facing with 1xBet. Over a week ago, I encountered a problem with my account that has prevented me from accessing or withdrawing my funds due to account verification. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through the proper channels, I have not received any form of response from 1xBet’s customer service team.
I have sent several follow-up emails to their security team as I was told by their live chat but have not received any acknowledgement or response.
This lack of communication and resolution is not only frustrating but also concerning, as it involves funds that I am rightfully entitled to access and manage. The situation feels increasingly unfair, and the unresponsive nature of the customer service is alarming.
