Hello Team,
This mail is regarding the deposit I had made on 27-Oct-2021 of amount Rs.149000 in total in which transaction was successful but the amount is not been credited in my 1XBET account. After that I had sent so many mails regarding the same to resolve the issue but I have not received any single response from the email support team, and everytime the new ticket is get generated. I also tried to connect with chat support, but honestly saying the 1xbet chat support is very worse and everytime they tell to send the mail instead of resolving or escalating the issue from their end.
I am in very bad shape and stress by following these number of times and not getting any result. I have requested for a call back where they had mentioned that they initiated the payment from their end and the amount will gets credited into my account in within 14 days, and now it is been more than a month and still the amount not get credited to my account. Please check the below details again along with the bank statement(26 Oct to 04 Dec) attached in this mail.
