It has been over 20 days since my initial complaint and 15 days since I submitted all requested documents. 1xBet has repeatedly ignored my emails or provided contradictory instructions, such as asking me to deposit even more money using a different method to withdraw my current balance. They also insisted I use a specific withdrawal option (FTD WW AMPEEX LTD) that does not even exist on my withdrawal page. Even after sending them multiple screenshots showing that this option is completely missing from my account, they keep sending the same automated reply. I have attached over 25 screenshots proving their intentional delays and lack of cooperation. Please intervene to release my 11,000 LKR."
