I added the the amount of 9863 inr in my 1xbet account on 12/02/2026 and since then, I am following up with them, they asked the bank statement and then they asked a video showing the transaction in the bank application. What was the purpose to asking of those details and what they did with that information?
Last time, they only asked the written email confirmation from my bank about transaction, which I also shared as well and now they are saying they don't believe the emails, phone recording as bank confirmation, then why did they ask those information.

Just do whatever you want to do, close the complaint as resolved or unresolved, it's on you but I want people to check my complaint here and specially with 1xbet, If they do not have any option to reject your claim, they ask the bank letter head copy at the end, which they are aware of that bank do not provide such information as a proof, the pdf statements or even mobile recordings or email confirmation is quite enough to support such claims if the merchant is genuine and not a cheater like 1xbet.

What is even more disappointing is seeing @AskGamblers blindly backing 1xBet instead of actually protecting players who come here hoping for genuine support. I submitted everything you demanded — bank statements, transaction details, app recordings, and every possible proof one by one. Since none of my documents showed any wrongdoing from my side, now suddenly you are demanding a bank confirmation letter that no Indian bank will ever provide because gambling is illegal in India and banks strictly avoid issuing such statements. This is a known fact.
So instead of admitting that I provided valid proof, you are deliberately asking for something impossible just to protect 1xBet and make me look like the fraud here. This entire process now looks like a planned tactic to avoid paying users and to close complaints under false pretenses.
I made the mistake of believing @AskGamblers was actually an independent platform that helps players. Instead, I learned the hard way that users can lose their money either through the games themselves or through these disgusting deposit and withdrawal tactics that are being used against customers afterward.
But let me make one thing very clear — do NOT close this complaint as “resolved.” That would be completely dishonest and misleading for every other person who comes here expecting fairness and support. And I am uninstalling the app now and will never install it again and this is not the end here, I will share this on social media how 1xbet team is cheating the people and I will also reach out every possible platform available online to register the complaint.
