My 2 withdrawals of 50000 rupees marked successful in all but doesn't credited in my account
I am writing this complaint with utmost frustration and disappointment regarding my withdrawal issue with 1xBet, which has remained unresolved for over 12 days despite multiple escalations and the submission of every piece of evidence requested.
On May 9th, 2025, I placed two withdrawal requests of ₹50,000 each, totaling ₹1,00,000. According to the 1xBet app, both transactions have been marked as “Successfully Credited” to my bank account. However, I have NOT received a single rupee in my bank account to date (May 21st, 2025).
1xBet has provided me with UTR numbers for both transactions, claiming the funds were successfully processed. However, upon verification with my bank officials – including an official inquiry made to their IT Head Office – I have received written confirmation via email that no such transactions have been received in my account under those UTR numbers.
To prove my case, I have submitted the following multiple times to 1xBet:
• My official bank statements covering the relevant dates.
• An official letter and email from the bank’s IT department, clearly stating that no such UTR transactions exist.
• Detailed transaction history showing no record of any deposits from 1xBet or the provided UTRs.
Despite all of this:
• 1xBet continues to delay resolution.
• They falsely mark the complaint as resolved in the app, forcing me to reopen it again and again.
• No one is providing any real update or proof of successful credit from their end other than generic replies.
This is not just poor customer service – it is highly irresponsible and potentially fraudulent behavior. I am extremely concerned now about the safety of my funds on this platform. A total of ₹1,00,000 is not a small amount, and I have fulfilled all responsibilities as a user by providing every form of evidence requested. Yet 1xBet refuses to take any accountability or action.
I demand the following:
1. Immediate escalation of my case to your finance and technical department.
2. A trace report from the payment processor for both UTR numbers.
3. An official investigation with full transparency.
4. Refund of my ₹1,00,000 without any further delay.
I have attached all proofs, including:
• Bank statement
• Official bank letter and email
• Screenshots of the UTRs and app transaction status
• Timeline of events and communications
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this to legal authorities, financial ombudsman, and report the matter to relevant gambling regulatory bodies for further investigation.
This level of irresponsibility from such a large platform is unacceptable. I expect an urgent response and a complete resolution without further delay.
