I deposited 6,874 EGP via Vodafone Cash on February 13, 2026. The funds were successfully debited from my Vodafone Cash wallet, and I have the official receipt confirming the completed transfer.
However, the amount was never credited to my 1xBet account, and the transaction was marked as rejected on their platform.

Support initially told me the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. After that, I was told 3 days, then 7 days, and finally 11 days maximum. It has now been more than 11 days, and the funds are still neither credited nor refunded.
