Regarding the current remaining issue, the situation is as follows: I provided my IBAN for a USD account since my account is in USD. However, it turns out that in Turkey, different banks cannot transfer money to a USD account—meaning Bank A cannot send money to Bank B’s USD account. Honestly, I still don’t fully understand it.
In summary, 1xbet shows me documentation that they sent the money, but I’m sure the funds have been returned to them. This is because the payment was sent from a company called Enpara, while my bank is Ziraat, and my account is in USD. Now, I am waiting for them to send the returned funds to my Ziraat TL account.
