I made a withdraw of Tsh 1,400,000 form my 1xbet account id no. 733767681 on 13 february, 2025 via my tigo pesa number 0679214050. How ever since the payment never received. I have sent number of emails to info-sw@1xbet-team.com and they asked me to send some document and I responded positively by sending them for easy the verification.
The last email i sent to them was on 25/2/2025 and 01/03/2025 but non of them got answered.
I have sent to them 2 ids, phone numbers name verification from oparatos and the status of payment of today.
