My issue is that I have made several complaints and steps to follow have been taken. Contact support also calls me to delete cookies etc. and other methods to deposit and withdraw have already been done.
As requested I have to deposit again from my bank card and I placed a bet over 1.1 which I won. I have made a withdrawal request with the same amount and same issue '' failed to connect to payment'' providing you the deposit, bet and withdrawal attached.
@askgamblers can you please investigate the payment issue from Mastercard. I don't have any other request or method for withdrawal as mentioned by 1xbet, you deposit only from bank card and withdraw from same.
So this should be done by their finance dept if they have issues

The issue has never been unsolved for that stupid 1xbet unprofessional site. I have wait and send mail every time the same technical issue. I am telling to all guys who will start played with this untrusted site, be careful as when you will win big they will not pay you. believe me the balance will stay into your account and always say system issue or deposit through another method bla bla... I have played William hills/ bet 365 etc... never had issue to withdraw huge amount like 10,000 dollars.
