However, my withdrawal issue remains unresolved.
Your support team keeps stating that the withdrawal has been sent and confirmed. Despite this, I have not received any funds to this day.
From the very beginning, I clearly requested the withdrawal via bank transfer, which is the method I have always used on your platform. This time, however, the system processed it via an electronic wallet, even though I do not own or use any electronic wallet.

However, as you can clearly see, it has now been almost two months without any concrete resolution. During this entire period, I have only received repetitive and automated responses via email, live chat, and phone support. This handling is not only ineffective, but also highly unprofessional.
I have provided all the required evidence within the requested timeframes:

• Complete personal information
Despite this, I am constantly asked to wait up to 96 hours for generic responses such as “please wait”.
Regarding the issue:
• A withdrawal of 4000 TRY, which I requested via bank transfer, was processed without my consent to an electronic wallet. As of today (since 04/04/2026), I have not received anything, despite their repeated claims that the transaction was completed.
• A deposit of 3600 TRY ( from 16-02-2026)has also never been credited to my account.
• A deposit of 3000 TRY ( from 19-02-2026)has also never been credited to my account.
The total disputed amount is therefore 10600 TRY.
At this point, I consider this situation completely unacceptable.
I would like to thank AskGamblers again for their support, but regarding 1xBet, this will be my final amicable message.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed starting next week with:
• Public exposure of this case across all social media platforms
• Sharing detailed reports in specialized communities, including Telegram groups
