Deposit was done but not received in my game account and Its been more than 15 days

Good day.
I have been struggling to get my deposit in my game account from last 15 days. Every time I ask them about the deposit they respond with the same copied pitch that their team is working on it and they will look one by one.
I don't think so that this issue needs 15 days to get resolved. I have attached the screenshot of the deposit amount and as well as their response every time I ask them about my deposit.
Please help me to get my deposit money either refunded or get it added in my game account.
