On April 18, 2025, I made a deposit of $400 USD to my 1xBet account using my Visa card. The money was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 1xBet balance to this day.
I contacted support immediately, and they created ticket number 4065344. However, since then, I have received inconsistent and contradictory responses from different support agents, and the issue remains unresolved.
This delay is not only frustrating but has directly impacted my participation in the “Lucky Friday” promotion, which was the reason I deposited funds on that specific date. I’ve been a loyal customer and expected a minimum level of reliability and professionalism.
I am therefore requesting:
1. Immediate crediting of my $400 deposit
2. A formal explanation for the delay
3. Compensation for the inconvenience and missed opportunity in the form of promo points!!!.
