I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet regarding a deposit issue that has not been resolved despite providing full evidence.

• Payment Method: WePay (Meeza wallet)
• Date of Transaction: April 7, 2026 (around 4:00 AM)
I made a deposit of 2000 EGP via WePay, and the transaction was successful. The amount was deducted from my wallet, and I have official proof confirming the deduction.
However, the amount was not credited to my 1xBet account.
I have contacted the casino support multiple times and provided all requested evidence, including:
- Payment receipt
- Screenshots
- Video proof of the transaction
Despite this, the support team keeps requesting irrelevant and unreasonable actions such as recording a phone call with a bank, even though I used an e-wallet and not a bank account.
It has now been more than 48 hours, and the issue is still unresolved.
I believe this is unfair handling of my case and unnecessary delay.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover my funds.

Should the player face issues with any oustanding deposit requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

This is a repeated issue.
I previously had the same problem with a 2000 EGP deposit, which was only resolved after AskGamblers intervention.
Today, I made another deposit of 3000 EGP, and the amount was deducted but not credited.
All proof is attached. I request immediate resolution without unnecessary delays
Previously, I had a deposit of 2000 EGP that was only resolved after escalating the case through AskGamblers. This clearly shows that the issue was not handled properly until third-party intervention.
Now, the exact same issue has occurred again today with a new deposit of 3000 EGP. The amount has been successfully deducted, and I have attached the payment receipt as proof.
However, I have been informed that I need to wait between 1 to 11 days, which is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I am not obligated to wait such an unreasonable period for my own funds.
This is a repeated issue, and it raises serious concerns about how deposits are being handled.
I kindly request AskGamblers to step in and assist in resolving this matter promptly.
I expect an immediate resolution — either credit the full amount or process a refund without delay.
