On March 26, 2025, I deposited 20.000 DZD( Algerian dinar )into my 1xBet account using [baridi mob as payment method.]. As of today, April 9, 2025, the funds have not been credited to my account—20 days later. I contacted 1xBet support multiple times, and they only say “they are working on it” without providing any timeline or solution. They mentioned the deposit was “decided by the operator,” but I’ve received no clear explanation or refund.
I’ve provided transaction details to their support team, including payment receipt, transaction ID, but there’s been no progress. My payment provider confirms the money left my account, yet it’s not reflected in my 1xBet balance. This delay is unacceptable, and I’m frustrated with the lack of resolution.
I’m requesting that 1xBet either credit the deposit to my account immediately or refund it to my payment method. I have screenshots of the transaction and my communication with support as evidence. Please assist in resolving this issue.
