I am writing to raise a serious complaint against 1xBet regarding a withdrawal of 7070 SAR that I requested on 10th July 2025. I provided all necessary details for the transfer to my UrPay wallet, including wallet number and ID. However, the funds were sent to an agent I do not know or recognize.
1xBet support claims the money has been sent by an agent, but I never received any amount, and I have no way of contacting this agent. Despite repeated emails and live chats, I have received no helpful response, and the issue remains unresolved. I also requested a receipt or proof of transfer, but none was provided.
This delay is causing me serious financial stress. I urgently ask AskGamblers to intervene and help recover my money.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed, having in mind that disputed amount was paid out.
We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.
I would like to report my experience with 1xBet Casino.
Although I finally received my full withdrawal of 7,070 SAR, it only happened after two months of delay (since 10/07/2025) and continuous pressure through complaints on Casino Guru, communication with regulators, and even the Financial Ombudsman.
During this time, I suffered serious stress and financial damage. The casino’s agent even contacted me directly, attempting to pressure me into canceling the complaint, and at one point asked me to return the funds after they were transferred. This situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
I therefore request compensation of 2,000 SAR, which represents the lawyer’s fees and part of the damages caused by this unjustified delay and harassment.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to review this case and support my request for fair compensation.
