Hello this is my first complaint here because I've never had problem with 1xbet but this time it's really frustrating. Here goes my problem:

I made a withdrawal of 15000 rupees to my paytm bank account on 24th February 2021. After 4 hours, the app said the transaction is successful and confirmey the operator. But when I checked my bank I didn't receive amount. I contacted their chat support and they told me to check my bank account since they think they paid me.
I told them I didn't receive. So they asked me to send details to their mail department. I did the same attaching my bank statement and transaction history too. But it's been a week and I didn't receive any response from them. Not even a single mail. They won't respond to my chats , no response to my mails. No response to call back option too.
I heard this happened to many people and I'm worried at the moment. I hope askgamblers team would help me resolve this issue
