I deposited 6,000 EGP - 124.11 USD through banks card and I kept betting on sports and some 1xgames untill i reached the amount(100,000 EGP - 2,069.52 USD ) when I tried to withdraw my money i faced this problem (Request for documents. Please email the security team. security-en@1xbet-team.com)
I emailed the security department they first asked for my identification i sent them the id then they asked for my bank card both sides covered except the first 6 numbers and last 4 digits so i sent the both sides and waited then they asked for bank statement for the card so i went to the bank and got statment i sent it and i still haven't got any helpful response all i get is (Without providing the requested files, any further actions are impossible. All further messages from you will be ignored.) and some other messages like these meanwhile i already sent every document they asked for millon of times and i still cannot withdraw my money it's been more than 6 days i just want my money nothing more.
