Hi,
For my 1xBet account 405650643, I deposited 2170 INR via NetBanking on 7th Dec, usually it gets deposited within a few seconds but sometimes it may take up to 24 hours.
I waited for 3-5 days and then contacted them around 14th Dec and till today the amount has not been deposited.
They always answer with the same copy-paste lines that it has been reported and will be fixed soon but they never share the time frame. Please help me get my money.
