I am filing this complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (Player ID:sent to the casino ), which has been restricted and my funds have been blocked for over [30] days.
I have already completed all the necessary verification steps and submitted all requested documents to the Security Department as per their instructions. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact them via email (block@1xbet-team.com and security-en@1xbet-team.com), I have received absolutely no response or update. Even my affiliate partner manager has been unable to provide a clear resolution, stating they cannot assist with security matters.
It is extremely frustrating to have my legitimate funds held without any communication or valid reason. I have followed all terms and conditions, and yet I am being ignored by their support team.
I am requesting AskGamblers to intervene and help me get a clear response from 1xBet regarding the status of my account and the withdrawal of my funds.
Supporting Evidence: I have attached screenshots of my account status, the documents I submitted, and the emails I sent to their security department which remain unanswered.

"I want to update that I am still unable to withdraw my remaining balance of 59,000 BDT.
I have followed the advice and waited for more than 10 hours to let the system refresh, but even a small withdrawal request of 15,000 BDT was rejected again with the same reason: 'Proportion to the amount you have deposited'.
As I mentioned before, I am using the same verified Binance ID that worked for my previous successful withdrawals. No new deposits were made, so this 'proportion' excuse is invalid. I have already the 1xBet security team as requested by their live support, but I am still waiting for a resolution.
I request the 1xBet team to manually review this and release my remaining funds immediately."
