I am facing a serious issue with 1xBet regarding my withdrawal.
User ID: [189332635]
Withdrawal Date: 13-07-2025
Withdrawal Amount: ₹50,000
UTR Number Provided by 1xBet: 519765330549
I initiated a withdrawal of ₹50,000 on 13 July 2025. 1xBet provided me with a UTR number (519765330549) and marked the transaction as processed. However, the money never reached my bank account.
To verify this, I contacted my bank (Punjab National Bank), and they issued me an official letter dated 04-08-2025 confirming that no such transaction with the given UTR number has ever been credited to my account from 12-07-2025 till date.
I have already contacted 1xBet support several times, but they have not resolved my issue. Therefore, I kindly request that AskGamblers assist me in resolving this matter and help me get my ₹50,000 withdrawal credited.
