1xbet support not solving deposit issue since 5 days plus misleading customer by demanding illogical payment info
Hello AskGamblers team,
My name is < username removed >, and my 1xbet India gaming id is 955435861.
Here is my issue:
1) On 7th September 08:51 AM, I deposited 3000 INR to my account via the very first deposit method: UPI Fast (Picture 1, blue tick)
2) On tapping UPI Fast Deposit, I was redirected to second screen (Picture 2, blue tick shows UPI address of receiver which changes every time)
3) This is a representative picture taken just now. On that date and time, the UPI ID shown to me was < email address removed >
4) I transferred INR 3000 instantly from a third-party application (CRED) to this UPI agent of, presumable, a cash agent of 1xbet India.
5) The transaction was a success (Picture 3, all details of transaction recorded). Money was instantly debited from my bank account and credited to the said UPI ID (usual case, no hiccups)
6) When I returned to the app, however, due to technical glitch the payment page had expired. So I sent the transaction details by email immediately as proof of deposit. (Picture 4, first email communication initiated)
7) Further, you can see email and in-app communication meandering through the real issue of confirmation, and asking same info. I don't have call records to upload: but today the 1xbet agent asked for the receiver's 'wallet id'.
I want to inform the forum that in India, UPI transactions are identified by only their transaction and/or UTR ids, and wallet id is not connected to its success. It is something confidential to the user, in case he uses any 'wallet app'.
I want to stress that even after providing all necessary details to identify the transaction performed by me, and credited to their agent, 1xbet is simply making me go round and round and chase them everyday: and now disconnecting calls/chats immediately when I provide my ticket id (#69474908)
I have furnished all details to the AskGamblers team with screenshots. I hope you will reach out to 1xbet team, and let them know that all details from the customer have already been provided for them to credit my amount. It should not take 6 days and more harassment.
Please post my message and alert other casino members of the misleading payment conversation done by 1xbet.
