I’m writing for your support in getting withdrawal from 1win account.
I made a withdrawal request on 6 October and 9 October’s 2024 for INR 23000 and 10000 respectively however same is still not credited.
I contacted 1win support they said to provide a bank response. I have provided the same and also provided bank statement signed and seal by bank which clearly indicated that kindly verify with the sender. The response of 1win is that fund successful transferred or get refund from bank
How it is possible as a receiver how can I demand a refund? It is the responsibility of the sender to demand a refund, hence requesting your intervention to resolve the issue.
All the documents are attached herewith, my game ID is 49432991

Ww have already provided bank statment as well as bank response which is clerly showing that fund not credited now waht we can do ?
It is sender s responsibility to enquire about transaction that where is fund gone hence kindly requesting you to enquire where is fund stuck
