I made a deposit to my account last June 6 at 12:37 am.
The funds have not yet been credited to my player account as of today.
Attached is my proof of payment, and the transaction in 1Win, which appears to be cancelled already.
I would like to know if the funds will be refunded back to me, or if it still can be credited to my player account
