Deposit not credited Wallet payment successful but ignored by 1win Rupees 1000
I am filing this complaint against 1win regarding a deposit that has not been credited to my account despite successful payment.
I initially requested a deposit of INR 1000 on the platform. After scanning the QR code provided by 1win, the payable amount shown was INR 999.45, which I proceeded to pay.
The payment was successfully completed on 20 April 2026 at 7:52 PM via PhonePe Wallet to the merchant named SHIVA SHAKTI ALUMINIUM.

Despite the successful transaction, the amount has not been credited to my 1win account.
I want to clearly highlight that this was a wallet payment, not a direct bank UPI transaction. Therefore, no UTR number is generated in such transactions. The valid proof of payment is the Transaction ID, which I have already provided along with screenshots.
However, the 1win support team is incorrectly asking for a UTR number, which is not applicable in this case. This shows a lack of proper understanding or intentional delay in resolving the issue.
The funds have already been deducted from my wallet and transferred to their payment merchant. This is unacceptable behavior from the platform.
I request immediate action to:
1. Verify the transaction using the provided Transaction ID and Order ID
2. Credit the deposited amount to my account without further delay
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter further through my payment provider and other relevant channels.
This complaint is being submitted to seek fair resolution and accountability.

Additionally, I would like to highlight that this deposit was made with the intention of placing a bet on an Indian Premier League match, specifically on Mumbai Indians. Due to the delay and non-credit of my funds, I was unable to place the bet on time, despite actively betting just minutes before.
As the team I intended to bet on has already won, I request fair compensation for this loss of opportunity caused solely by the platform’s payment handling issue. Along with resolving and crediting or refunding my deposit, I expect appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and missed betting opportunity.
