Dear Team ,
I have done money deposit of 1 lakh inr to my 1win account through neft transfer but the amount has not yet credited by the payment provider. The payment record was rejected with error as mentioned without discussing Amount deposited on 7th Jan 2025 and the same complaint was given to 1win team. Till now it's been 4 days but there is no update yet from their team.

Kindly help me in getting my credit of the deposit.

1 win account I'd - 87420316
Amount deposited - 100000 inr
Date - 7th Jan 2025

Please ask 1win team to update on the matter.

Dear Team/1 win casino,

All the requirements along with bank statement has been provided by me to your team and also vip manager . The same also I am following up from last 7 days with daily sharing of information. There has been no update from your side sofar with the confirmation of credit. Kindly check and dk needful at the earliest tk credit my deposit on priority. For further any clarification please coordinate or reach out to 1win vip manager since he is aware of the matter.

This is the 2nd time such problem has happened to me where I need to reach out askgamblers help .

After long days they have credited my money to the account. Kindly close the ticket .

As per the experience with 1 win so far has been pathetic and will be moving to another casino. Thanks ask gambler for resolving the issue for the second time with 1 win casino.
