1. **Amount:** The original amount is **NPR 41,000 (approx. $290 USD)**.
2. **Request Date:** I initiated the withdrawal on **October 11, 2025**, using the 'Kankai, Kathmandu' payment system.
3. **The Problem:** It has been **6 days**, and I still have not received my money.

**Details of Support Interaction:**
I have contacted Melbet Customer Support multiple times (on Oct 14th and 15th, as shown in the attachments) seeking an update. Their response is always the same: **"Hajurko request hamile sambandhit specialist lai forward garisakiyeko chhau. Kripaya thap samadhan ko lagi dhairyapurbak pratikshya garnu hola."**

**Translation:** "We have already forwarded your request to the relevant specialist. Please wait patiently for further resolution."

The support team refuses to provide a clear timeline or any useful update, forcing me into an endless waiting loop. This behavior forced me to contact unofficial agents on platforms like Telegram (screenshots also attached).

I am attaching all screenshots, including the original chat in Nepali, as proof. Please note the unhelpful, automated responses from the Melbet Operator.

I request your intervention to force Melbet to process this withdrawal immediately. Thank you.

Melbet Casino - Deposit not credited even after providing all receipts requested
Dear AskGamblers,

On 01/09/2025 at 21:25 (GMT+1), I made a deposit of 1000 MAD on Melbet using CIH Bank. The funds were never credited to my account.

That same night, on 01/09/2025 at 23:36 (GMT+1), I contacted Melbet support and provided all three receipts from my CIH Bank app showing the transfer.

On 03/09/2025, I received an email from Melbet’s support saying that I had made another deposit of 1000 MAD on 02/09/2025, which was successfully credited. They asked me to provide the receipts for that transaction as well. I complied and sent them the receipts, while clearly explaining that this was a different deposit made through Lbankalik and was indeed credited correctly. My complaint, however, concerns the 01/09/2025 deposit via CIH Bank that was never credited.

Since then, support has continued to send me the exact same template email, repeatedly asking for the receipts I have already submitted multiple times. I even asked them to specify exactly what additional proof they needed and offered to record a video from my banking apps to demonstrate the transfers. Unfortunately, they ignored this and kept repeating the same response, as if they never bothered to read my explanations.

In my experience, deposit issues can occur with any bookmaker, but what makes Melbet particularly frustrating is the extremely poor quality of their customer support. I have never encountered anything like this before.

I have attached the transfer receipts and the full email correspondence so you can see firsthand how Melbet’s support has handled this issue.

DO NOT PLAY HERE. Registered and deposited, been playing at a new casino. Was unable to play any games. When I got on chat to ask why, I was told I needed to send a photo of my cc to their security team email. I did this, and some time later got an email back saying they need a photo of my passport. Even though this seemed excessive just to actually play a game, I sent this in as well. Since then I've had no response from the security team email, and some 9 hours now since I deposited I still cannot play any games. Support chat are absolutely no help, repeating over and over again I "need to continue to talk to the security team" even though I cannot get a response. They are also refusing to return my deposit, saying there "is not technical possibility for that to occur" ..
At this stage this feels like a scam.

Nothing as the support agent over chat and phone are rude and cant answer simple questions!

For example do they accept Australian player. They won't answer you as I asked them because AskGamblers states Australia is restricted and their terms and condition doesn't state Australia as restricted. They wont give you a straight answer.

Dont do in this site their agents are rude and arrogant.

Example what country players are accepted and what withdrawal limits it has. As askgambler say no limit and they can't even confirm that if its correct.

Trying to close my account for good and the say i have to send them passport details or national id to close. I am not going to do that just to close my account. I understand why they need my id if i was going to take a witdrawal but i am not

I have tried to connect to live chat to have my account closed due to a gambling problem but can’t ever seem to connect. I emailed the general enquiry email address listed and was told to email another email address which didn’t work. I was supplied the correct email address and once again asked for my account to be closed. I have been told I have to verify my identity with photo ID and all normal verification documentation in order to close my account for any reason. These documents are not required to make a deposit but apparently are required to make sure I’m a real person in order to close my account. The customer service at Melbet is extremely poor and If it is this much drama to close an account for a gambling problem, imagine making a withdrawal.

The slots variety is great, and If I can use skrill I may play there. The chat support said me that was a technical problem, then asked again min later and they said me that isn't possible to use skrill. So I decided to close my account, and they can't.

I want to close my account, cant deposit here. They said me that they can't because I need to send my personal ID photos. I don't know why? if I didn't deposit. Rarely write a review unless the casino is too good or too bad in my eye.
This casino offers super withdrawal when you win (other casino might take days). I just had to wait for few minutes and the money is already in my account! The games are plenty, I can find all the games I usually play there.

Nothing good to say, nothing works, I cashed in and went to slots, but every single slot I click says "this game is not avalilable to you right now" So I have cashed in and cannot do anything with the money.

Withdraw limits are too high so once you realise nothing works you can't get your money back. All the live chat does is provide an email, they don't actually say anything they just link you to an email.

Once emailed you get a response in Russian even though you spoke in English. So this place literally has 0 support. 0 ability to play the slots and 0 ability to get your money back. -10 / 10 . Avoid at all costs. [Unless you are Russian?]

Melbet is actually a bookie and this is probably the reason why there is no casino deposit bonus available at all! But the casino section is really impressive. I don't know the exact number of slot games they have but there are definitely a few thousand. Games from 92 provider...i love casinos with game libraries like that. I think it is a pity that there are only a hand full of casinos which offer such a variety of games! I had no technical problems...all games I played ran as they should.

Surprisingly my cashout request was approved and completed after only one hour!! No account verification no document request... I would give melbet 10 stars but there are unfortunately two big negative points which destroy that perfect rating...

I totally agree with ghettobird...Melbet got one of the worst live support I have ever experienced!

The second negative point is the strange country restriction question...Askgamblers warns me that Melbet Casino is restricted in my country...the lcb.org review says: players from Germany are accepted at this casino...?
The terms & conditions at Melbet casino say:

But I was able to register an account at Melbet I was able to deposit and to cashout. So either they have simply forget to update the t&c's and german players are now accepted at Melbet or
they let players from restricted countries register and play and if they try to cashout a huge winning they don't pay them of....but of course that's just my guess.
