Delayed Skrill Payment
Since the 3/01/19 i have been trying to receive payment from this casino using Skrill and Visa Debit. Due to Visa debit expiring i needed to go through the verification process with new visa debit ending in 0074 which i had started soon as i was made aware via email ZigZag support 4/1/19. Querying the withdrawals using Skrill, i was unable to receive any payment as all ways had to be verified.
7/01/19 I recieved an email from ZigZag Support
"For proccesing your request you need to cancel all of your wihdrawals and make new one on another card 4***********7090.
According to our Terms and Conditions all of withdrawals can be proccessed on that payment system which have been made deposit.
Also you need to verify the card 4***********7090."
This Visa debit ending in 7090 had expired as discussed in a live chat least 24 hrs prior to receiving the email. My reply was to request the expired visa debit to be erased from my account as the card ending in 7090 was no longer able to make deposits or withdrawals.
8/01/19 I learned in live chat that i needed to make a minimal deposit from updated visa debit (verified) in order to receive withdrawals.
11/01/19 Received an email from ZigZag support
Congratulations for your winnings!
We would like to inform you that your card does not support CFT program, which means that withdrawal to this card is unavailable.
Please make a minimum deposit from a different card/system and create a request for the funds withdrawal to this card/system, which will need to be verified as well. After this, the cash out will be done to that system."
I rang my bank and learned no Australian Bank has CFT and it was clear, Skrill would be my only other option which did not concern i at all as i remember having made several deposits using Skrill.
10/01/19 I cancelled all withdrawals using visa debit and made new withdrawals using Skrill.
11/01/19 Live chat i learned
'There are some delays with withdrawals via Skrill from the processing company's side that may take by the end of the week. We are expecting the transactions to be resumed at the begining of the next week.'
15/01/19 I receive this during live chat today
