All docs uploaded, almost 2 weeks no email reply and chat is unhelpful
Hi, I joined and won some money on this casino playing slots. I made my deposit through my ecopayz account as it is the only E-wallet recommended for Canadian online casino playing.. I wanted to withdraw back to it since it was my deposit method, but a live chat rep said i could not and must use the options available - which are Mastercard -visa - - becasue im in canada, it will not allow withdrawals back to my card. The other option is Skrill which again will not work for Canadians. So my money is trapped. I have sent an email as the chat rep was not helpful by clearly copy and pasting the same message to me over and over as i said i needed help figuring this out. I received an email back miraculously asking for proof of my eco account document to be uploaded, so i did so the same day and replied to support saying it was done, how long would the process take? No reply for 10 day so far so, today i went back on live chat to explain this and i got the same copy past message about withdrawing and neglecting the email sent to me about sending in details. Feels like some kind of run around. Can you guys please help me out?
