Tournament wins not given

Hi! I won a tournament at this casino and they have still not given me the winnings after 1 week. I have contacted their live support and I have been getting 0 help from them. They keep using pre-written messages. They are supposed to give the winnings with 72 hours and that didn't happen. It's for $750 CAD. Id like to know whats going on
