Delayed withdrawal transaction

As a new player to Zet I was open to trying their online games. One of the benchmarks of continuing to utilize a service is their ability to adhere to their own terms and conditions. I have played at others and many do adhere to their promised timelines (Crypto cash out has never taken more than a few hours and e-transfer maximum has always been 3 business days). I requested a crypto withdrawal 7 days ago, (5 business days). It is still pending on their site. I have been in contact with ‘chat agents’ on 3 occasions. Each time assured it would be within the 3 business days/they would speed it up for me/It is in the cue! Every time there is new terminology used so as to appear at least that it has proceeded one step further. If Zet wishes to keep me as a customer I only ask that they do not delay withdrawals as that for me is a benchmark as to what to expect.
