Stalling withdrawal due to endless verification

i spent my money without a problem etc then i won i was happy cant withdraw they need documents so here is a list i sent bills council tax bill housing benifit bill bank statements, phone bill allso then they wanted my birth certificate sent that everything 100 clearly visible then they tell me its not acceptable as has little tear in middle its not over anything soo all is clearly there to see yet there is allways another excuse its just so upsetting i deposit so easy can u plz help

Based on player's last post it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been played and lost by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.

close this please as after 2 weeks of stress and costing me money even asked for my account to be on hold so i could not play my winnings never happened its all gone so casino cruise got what they wanted in the end thx for a nightmare plx close this

I have been advised by our Customer support that they have been in contact with you helping you apply for a provisional driving license.

After reviewing the above thread we noticed the latest email that was sent to you by our Customer Support.

We have checked our systems and cannot find any record of this email being sent. Would you be so kind and take a screen shot of the email complete with the agents name and forward it to us?

hello i am in the uk we dont have photo id. but i have sent away for my driving licence as i was advised and as soon as i get it i will send to casino cruise asap thank you

Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

This was a further 6 days ago, I emailed yesterday on the 16th of November still nothing.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.
