Withdrawal declined, no support in place to tell why
This is the first time in my casino practice i see the withdrawal being cancelled without providing a reason for doing that. How am i supposed to know what is wrong? Right along with the withdrawal cancellation email i received two other emails that my documents are verified so i assume that the documents are not the reason for cancellation the withdrawal.
