Withdrawal pending for too long

Hi ,

On wednesday 29th of november i made a withdraw of 1000€, there was no bonus involved. 1 week before this withdraw my documents were also verifiëren.

My withdraw stays on status pending for days. When i contact the chat support desk, which i did twice, i get the message that they Will chase the department and should be completed within the same day or at the latest the day after.

Could you please assist in getting my withdraw completed?
