Will not verify account and release funds on time
I requested a withdrawal for £102.22 on, I think 9th April 2020. Wishmaker have blocked my account so I can't be 100% certain of the date.
I have sent all requested KYC docs, which have been confirmed as being fine over their chat facility.
They have now requested proof of purchase, which I feel is inappropriate considering they actually have a copy of my bank card.
Against my better judgement, I have sent back a copy of the bank statement in question with all other transactions obscured.
Today, I have again received the same canned request for KYC docs.
I would like Wishmaker to expedite my query so I can withdraw funds.
