Deliberately making the verification process impossible on a £10 refund
I opened an account with Wishmaker and deposited £10 on 6th April but my account was blocked before I could use the deposit. Since then their website is no longer available in the UK so I emailed them to ask for my deposit back. They then asked for verification documents before they would return my deposit which I provided as requested. However, since then every time I submit a document they either claim it is unacceptable or they ask for something else, making the verification process impossible. All I want now is for them to return my £10 deposit, cancel my account and securely dispose of all the documents I have sent them.
