I deposit yesterday 200€ via my credit card and got Tuesday bonus with no wagering. I manage to win 405€, wagered deposit bonus 3x . When I tried to withdraw I had no my option to choose, credit card and Skrill too .All other options was available. I ask support, she tell me to clean cache, history and to login in incognito mode.I tried but nothing changed. She than report to technical depart.
Today I ask for update support but nothing changed.
I think they want that I spent money in the meantime while I wait, because 2 my preserved option disappear.
In history with this casino I had no problem, fast cash out, verified account without problem.
