My complaint is related to the cancellation of my winnings made with deposit money.
The casino believes that it has the right not to pay on the winnings simply because in its opinion, I abused the bonuses. Personally, I think that there is no abuse here! and I simply used the bonus that they use to lure customers!
And it does not matter what they think, my bet was made not with bonus money, but with my deposit! How can you cancel a bet on my money???
I also want to note that before placing a bet, my account was fully verified! If the casino allowed me to play, and then refuses to pay the winnings, then this is an outright fraud!!!
I also want to note that if I had lost the money, I would never have known that the scammers were not going to pay me!
I want my winnings back.
I also demand that the thief caught red-handed pay a fine of 100 dollars!

Dear Customer,
Sorry for a short reply earlier.
After talking to Head of CS and also security team the final conclusion was to add the money back. They felt that the grounds/evidence were not 100% in this case in order to make our claim. As a result they added the funds back.
Also note that we treat all players equal no matter if they post on forums. The time frames for solving a customer support issue varies from case to case but our CS team is working night & day in order to to solve all issues in a timely manner.
As explained earlier the WinzUp loyalty program is up for grabs but there wont be any free cash / or paying for a fine.
