Winz Casino is not processing my withdrawal.
it’s been 24 hours now and they just keep saying the same thing over and over again. It’s a regular security check but I think they just don’t want to pay my withdrawal,
I’m reading online that this has happened to many other people too! Since I processed this withdrawal I’ve still been able to deposit into my account so they can take my money but won’t withdraw it’s really strange…. I asked them multiple times if anything was up with my account and they insisted my account if fine it was just a normal check but if that’s the case why is it taking so long to release my withdrawal…….
Every support rep I’ve spoken to won’t give me any details on why they are holding my funds they just keep saying it’s a decision by management I have to wait

I have spoken to out CS team and they mentioned that they had earlier communicated with you that the account was under investigation due to a routine gameplay check on the game provider side and informed you that they would update you as soon as they had received their official findings.
Please rest assured, there was no intention to delay your cashouts. The process required us to await the official results of the investigation to ensure compliance and fairness.
