Incorrect Deposit, up to 60 days seems like a long time

I made a deposit of $212.04 USDT Tether on the 18th of December, 2022. I made a mistake of sending those USDT to the ETH wallet instead of the USDT wallet.


Once I realized my mistake I immediately contacted support who informed me that the funds could be retrieved for a 10% commission fee and it would take up to 60 days.


I agreed to those terms. I would check with support team by chat every week and they would say the funds have been located and are being retrieved by payment provider or something to that effect.


Fast forward to a few days ago, I was playing on a different casino, stake.com and made the exact same mistake by sending USDT to an ETH wallet, the difference there is that I got the deposit immediately and it was credited to my account.

I contacted Winz again today and spoke to Dany who was kind enough to look into my issue, but again unfortunately I got the same reply back which is “we are working on it”.

I understand this issue was caused by me and it is my fault It happened, but as a loyal customer and Vip member I could not understand why stake.com did it in 2 minutes and fixed my issue even though I barely play there. And winz the casino i gamble in every day almost needs two months.

USDT and ETH are both ERC-20 network meaning the retrieval part should be easy.

I have been a member of Winz casino for a long time now and the only reason I signed up with them was because of them being trusted by Ask Gamblers. They are a great casino with an amazing support team who are always helpful and they withdrawals are always super fast so I never had any issues before with them.

Today was my breaking point unfortunately because up to 60 days seems like a long time and its been over a month now. I have so much trust in them that I did more deposits worth nearly $5000 since my issue happened and still played there but I cant keep doing that until I get my incorrect deposit back.

Please help me AG

Ich habe im Casino einen Betrag von ca 180000€ gewonnen. Diese hab ich versucht auszuzahlen was in mehreren Auszahlung gemacht werden musste da pro Auszahlung nur 4000€ möglich. Die ersten beiden Auszahlungen:

Wurden wie zu sehen ist abgelehnt. Etwa 4 Stunden später konnte ich 2 Auszahlungen von je 4000€ tätigen. Danach 5 Versuche abgelehnt. Dann könnte ich 7 x 4000 € auszahlen. Dann wurden 7x Abgelehnt. Dann konnte ich 8x 4000€ auszahlen. Also 68000 € Ausgezahlt. Die abgelehnten Auszahlungen sind bei Auszahlungsantrag vom Spielerkonto abgebucht worden,aber nach teilweise mehrstündigen Prüfung nicht alle wieder gutgeschrieben worden.

Desweiteren ist viel zu viel Geld einfach werdend dem Spielen verschwunden. Ein paar Tage später, hat meine Bank sich telefonisch bei mir gemeldet, und hat mich darauf hingewiesen dass sie eine Gewinnbestätigung brauche da bei so Höhen Beträgen aus dem Ausland der Verdacht der Geldwäsche besteht. Seit ca. 2 Wochen und 7 Anfragen beim Kundenservice warte ich vergebens auf Antwort. Im Chat werde ich immer vertröstet der Kundendienst bearbeitet meine Anfrage und meldet sich. Was allerdings nicht geschieht.

Bei ca 70000 € Auszahlung bleiben 110000€ davon großzügig geschätzt hab ich 40000€ wieder eingesetzt . Wo ist der Rest ?

Da im Casino lediglich die letzten 50 spins einsehbar sind,es also kein vollständige Spiel Übersicht gibt. Ist es für mich also Recht schwer dies nachzuvollziehen. Im Anhang finden sie die entstandenen Auszahlungen inklusive der abgelehnten. Mittlerweile ist mein Vertrauen in die Machenschaften dieses Casino verloren gegangen keine Antwort vom Kundenservice zu meinen anfragen keine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Spiel & Einsatz Übersicht usw .....


Ich möchte einen angemessenen Betrag der fraglichen Summe erstattet haben.


Und die entsprechende Bestätigung über die Auszahlungen auf mein Konto meiner Hausbank inklusive Gewinn Bestätigung.

Complaint Summary:

I won 35 LTC (€2700) on Winz.io’s "Wheel of Winz" bonus game and was assured in chat that the winnings were legitimate and withdrawable. However, upon attempting to withdraw, the casino closed my account and falsely claimed my documents were forged—despite accepting them just minutes before.

Detailed Timeline of Events:

1. Bonus Request & Verification:

I initially deposited and did not receive the bonus because I was using a Swedish VPN.

The casino requested proof of address, and I provided a bank statement and phone bill.

Winz.io approved my documents and credited me the bonus.

2. Winning the 35 LTC Bonus Prize:

I spun the "Wheel of Winz" and won 35 LTC (€2700).

Shocked, I immediately contacted support via live chat to confirm if it was really my money.

Support confirmed that my winnings were legitimate and that I only needed to wager my initial deposit (0.55 LTC) before withdrawing.

I asked again if I could withdraw after wagering, and support confirmed "YES."

3. Account Closure & Excuse of "Forged Documents":

After completing the required wagering, I attempted to withdraw my winnings.

Winz.io suddenly closed my account and falsely claimed my documents were "forged."

However, they had already accepted the SAME documents before adding the bonus.

After 300+ requests, they finally allowed me to send new verification documents.

I then submitted three different government-issued, watermarked documents proving my identity and address.

Winz.io ignored my new documents and refused to reconsider their decision.

4. Refusal to Provide Proof of Winnings & Chat Transcripts:

I requested my betting history, chat transcripts, and proof of winnings.

Winz.io has refused to provide any of this information—a clear attempt to cover up their actions.

Why This is Unfair & Needs to Be Investigated:

Winz.io accepted my documents, credited me the bonus, and confirmed in chat that I could withdraw.

They closed my account AFTER I won big, using "forged documents" as a false excuse.

They refuse to provide proof of my winnings or chat history, which raises serious concerns about transparency.

Other players need to be warned about this unfair treatment.

I kindly ask Askgamblers to investigate and help me retrieve my rightful winnings. I am also considering escalating this to the Curacao Gaming Authority and relevant consumer protection agencies.
