Dear AG


I made a deposit of $212.04 USDT Tether on the 18th of December, 2022. I made a mistake of sending those USDT to the ETH wallet instead of the USDT wallet.


Once I realized my mistake I immediately contacted support who informed me that the funds could be retrieved for a 10% commission fee and it would take up to 60 days.


I agreed to those terms. I would check with support team by chat every week and they would say the funds have been located and are being retrieved by payment provider or something to that effect.


Fast forward to a few days ago, I was playing on a different casino, stake.com and made the exact same mistake by sending USDT to an ETH wallet, the difference there is that I got the deposit immediately and it was credited to my account.

I contacted Winz again today and spoke to Dany who was kind enough to look into my issue, but again unfortunately I got the same reply back which is “we are working on it”.

I understand this issue was caused by me and it is my fault It happened, but as a loyal customer and Vip member I could not understand why stake.com did it in 2 minutes and fixed my issue even though I barely play there. And winz the casino i gamble in every day almost needs two months.

USDT and ETH are both ERC-20 network meaning the retrieval part should be easy.

I have been a member of Winz casino for a long time now and the only reason I signed up with them was because of them being trusted by Ask Gamblers. They are a great casino with an amazing support team who are always helpful and they withdrawals are always super fast so I never had any issues before with them.

Today was my breaking point unfortunately because up to 60 days seems like a long time and its been over a month now. I have so much trust in them that I did more deposits worth nearly $5000 since my issue happened and still played there but I cant keep doing that until I get my incorrect deposit back.
