I would like to submit a complaint against WinsRoyal Casino regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for an unusually long time, combined with extremely limited communication from the casino’s support team.
Background and timeline
• I played at WinsRoyal and successfully completed two previous withdrawals earlier this year.
• 1st withdrawal: requested on September 4, completed on September 27
• 2nd withdrawal: requested on September 27, completed on October 6
Both of these already took around 3–4 weeks, but they were eventually processed.
• After that, I made another deposit and claimed the third welcome bonus.
I wagered the bonus successfully and continued playing with real funds afterward, so part of my current balance is real-money winnings.
Current issue — 3rd withdrawal
• My current withdrawal was requested on October 11, 2025.
• As of today, I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks with no resolution.
Communication problems
• On November 11, the casino told me via live chat that I would receive my payout within one week.
This timeframe passed without anything happening.
• After I asked again, I received a short generic email saying that the payment would be sent “as soon as possible”, but with no details.
• On November 20, they sent another generic message saying that my case had been forwarded to the finance team, and that I would be updated by email.
• Since then, I have not received any update at all.
Current state of support
• The live chat is now offline or not clickable, making communication very difficult.
• The emails I receive are copy-paste templates, not real responses.
• None of my actual questions are being answered
(e.g., why the delay, whether the finance team is working, or when I can expect payment).
Why I am contacting AskGamblers
At this point, I am seriously worried that my withdrawal may not be processed at all.
I have tried to resolve everything directly with the casino, but after almost 6 weeks with no concrete answer, I feel I need external assistance.
I can provide:
• screenshots of the pending withdrawal,
• chat messages,
• emails,
• account history,
• and anything else required.
