Withdrawal Delayed for almost 2 months

My level is VIP long time playing with private vip manager and everything is good.

But since 20/3/2026 the support of website never care they not reply by email. And the online chat have auto reply message they everyday said The finance team is reviewing it and it will be approved shortly, thank you.

I have sent over 10 emails to support there is no reply and the vip manager not answer me.

Now over 3 weeks left still my withdrawal request pending.

I would like to submit a complaint against WinsRoyal Casino regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for an unusually long time, combined with extremely limited communication from the casino’s support team.

Background and timeline

• I played at WinsRoyal and successfully completed two previous withdrawals earlier this year.

• 1st withdrawal: requested on September 4, completed on September 27

• 2nd withdrawal: requested on September 27, completed on October 6

Both of these already took around 3–4 weeks, but they were eventually processed.

• After that, I made another deposit and claimed the third welcome bonus.

I wagered the bonus successfully and continued playing with real funds afterward, so part of my current balance is real-money winnings.

Current issue — 3rd withdrawal

• My current withdrawal was requested on October 11, 2025.

• As of today, I have been waiting for almost 6 weeks with no resolution.

Communication problems

• On November 11, the casino told me via live chat that I would receive my payout within one week.

This timeframe passed without anything happening.

• After I asked again, I received a short generic email saying that the payment would be sent “as soon as possible”, but with no details.

• On November 20, they sent another generic message saying that my case had been forwarded to the finance team, and that I would be updated by email.

• Since then, I have not received any update at all.

Current state of support

• The live chat is now offline or not clickable, making communication very difficult.

• The emails I receive are copy-paste templates, not real responses.

• None of my actual questions are being answered

(e.g., why the delay, whether the finance team is working, or when I can expect payment).

Why I am contacting AskGamblers

At this point, I am seriously worried that my withdrawal may not be processed at all.

I have tried to resolve everything directly with the casino, but after almost 6 weeks with no concrete answer, I feel I need external assistance.

I can provide:

• chat messages,

• emails,

• account history,

• and anything else required.

I would like to share my experience with Wins Royal, where I’ve been waiting for my first withdrawal since August 7, 2025, without success.

I deposited €250, and after a certain time, I requested a withdrawal of €1,000, which is the stated daily limit. There are still €1,461.34 left in my account. My account is fully verified – all necessary documents were uploaded and accepted.

Since then, the withdrawal remains pending. Every time I contact live chat, I receive generic responses like "please wait" or "your withdrawal is being processed." The agents always tell me they can’t do anything and ask me to contact the support team via email. Sometimes the live chat starts ghosting me and does not even respond, despite being very friendly most of the time.

I followed that advice and sent five emails already, none of which have received a reply to this day. It’s been almost three weeks, and no progress has been made. The lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating.

This was supposed to be my first-ever withdrawal, and I’ve done everything by the book. I have never experienced such delays at any other online casino.

I am posting this complaint in the hope that Wins Royal will finally take responsibility and process my withdrawal.

This site is not good at all. I have submited the right documents and they have not got checked they where uploaded in the begining of january and I have contacted live chat about this arround +50 times and they just tells me to send a email which I have done manny times and none of the emails gets answered.

So I can not make withdraw here because I'm not verified and they dont look on the documents uploaded and they dont awnser emails so I'm in moment 22, nothing happens.
