Delayed 200000 and 190000 forints withdrawal

First withdrawal: 190,000 HUF
​Second withdrawal: 200,000 HUF
​Total amount: 390,000 HUF
My casino account is fully verified (KYC process completed), and I have not breached any terms and conditions. The requested amounts were won using cash balance / clean deposit
​Despite the processing time stated in the casino's terms, my withdrawals have been stuck in "Pending" status for over 7 days. I have contacted the casino's customer support multiple times, but I have only received generic, automated responses asking me to wait, without any real explanation for the delay.
​Since the casino has failed to process my funds within a reasonable timeframe, I am turning to AskGamblers for assistance in resolving this matter. I request the casino to approve and release my payments immediately.

Thanks you for your answer, but this is mostly the same answer I got in e-mails and from the live support chat, your answer didn't gave me any information about why my withdrawals and after 11 days for the first and 10 days for the secound I should get some answers, when your policy says its maximum 96 hours, for a request to be completed
