Winbay Withdrawal delayed for over 103 hours with no explanation
I am filing this complaint against Winbay Casino due to an unjustified delay in my withdrawal process.
On 2026.05.11. At 09:04:34 AM , I requested a withdrawal of 200,000HUF. Although my account is fully verified (KYC completed), the withdrawal has been stuck in "pending" status for more than 103 hours.
I have contacted their live support team multiple times to inquire about the status of my funds. Each time, I received the same generic, scripted answers stating that the request is "under review by the financial department." Despite these claims, there has been zero progress and no direct communication from the finance team.
At this point, I feel like I am being intentionally stalled. This lack of transparency and the failure to process a verified player's payout within a reasonable timeframe is highly unprofessional.
