Wallacebet Casino - Withdrawal of 1000 euros and Verification Issues

I am currently having an Issue with Wallacebet.
I initially deposited 3000 Euro on 6/11/22. I managed to win and my balance is now 8090.79 Euro.
I tried to make my first withdrawal of 1000 Euro on the 7/11/22 . They have then requested me to verify my documents and cancelled the withdrawal.
I uploaded the requested Documents:
1. Passport: Shows Picture, Name, Nationality, Date of Birth
2. EU Blue Card (Residence Card): Shows Picture, Name, Address, Date of Birth
3. Mobile Phone Invoice (Within last 3 months): Shows Name, Address, Mobile Phone Number,
4. Bank Card used to Make Deposit
5. Bank Statement: Shows deposit amounts
6. Bank Details from Bank: Shows Name, Address, BIC, IBAN
7. Selfie with Passport
8. Selfie with EU Blue card (Residency Card)
I then received an email on the 14.11.22 that my account had been verified. I tried to withdraw 1000 Euro again on the 14.11.22.
On the morning of the 15.11.22 I received another email stating that the Withdrawal is cancelled and that they want additional documents which were either a Passport or Drivers License and a document from my Mobile Phone provider confirming my Phone number and name. I told them I had already uploaded my Passport and dont have a European Drivers License. I also told them that I have already uploaded the Invoice from my mobile phone provider which clearly confirms my Name, address and my Mobile Phone number.
I received throughout the day multiple automated emails from the Wallacebet team stating that I need to upload the Passport or Drivers License and Mobile Phone Document.
All my information provided matches my registered details with the Casino
We are now at an impasse. I have clearly uploaded enough items to be verified and even had the confirmation from Wallacebet.
I obviously want to be able to make Withdrawals. Can you please help me out here as I am getting no where with Wallacebet Support. They keep demanding documents that have either been uploaded and verified or that I dont have. I have attached all emails communication with Wallacebet including the verification of the account and list of Documents uploaded.
