Stalling verification for over four months
I’ve been attempting to verify my account at Wallacebet from the beginning of November 2021 in order to make a withdrawal. They required me to submit some standard documents (ID, bank statement, proof of deposit, proof of address etc.), which is understandable. I sent the first of these on the 6th of November. It's been nothing short of a farce after this. It was a struggle getting even these basic documents verified, as the Casino inexplicably seemed to have issues with many of them. I’ve since had to send them a selfie of myself holding my ID and a picture of my passport as well. They also requested an official document from my mobile provider, which I sent them almost a month ago. It is still being reviewed.
I’ve played at other MGA licensed casinos and I’m used to verification and KYC processes. I have sent Wallacebet identical documents which have been accepted elsewhere with rarely any issues whatsoever. For some reason they continuously stall the verification by rejecting perfectly suitable documents and asking for new additional ones. I completely understand that it's required to thoroughly identify customers and review documentation, but an almost five month duration is absurd.
