VulkanVegas Casino - VulkanVegas scamming me
I made a deposit of 3600 euro on the 11 December and made a winning on 27600 euro. I then withdrew my winnings and submitted on my documents for KYC on the same day which was approved on the 13th. After a week, I still have not received my withdrawals and contacted the online chat support. I constantly keep getting the below generic response:
Thanks for waiting. According to our rules, the players who successfully completed KYC check, a withdrawal amount from 5000 EUR to 30 000 EUR will be paid within the period of not exceeding 14 working days from the date of the request, except for weekends and holidays.
Suddenly one of my withdrawals of 1000 euro was rejected and they told me that I did this myself. Which I of course didnt. I keep asking them when I will receive my payments and they keep telling me 14 days and that I should make a new withdrawal on the payment that was rejected. I then withdrew 1000 on the 23rd on top of the 26600 pending withdrawal that is still incomplete. I contacted support again that it has now been 14 days on my first withdrawal and they again wrote:

Now they are writing that it will be 14 days from the 23rd because I made a withdrawal request of 1000 euro and there my entire withdrawal of 27600 is not counting from the 23rd.
I have tried to call the customer service for 10 days and cannot get in touch with them. I have also asked them to call me and they ignore.
I do no longer have faith that this is a legit casino. I have played on more than 10 sites and I have never experienced this in my 10 years of gambling. I am afraid I will never see my winnings and this is a lot of money. Please help.
